How to make the perfect iced coffee is a lot easier when you have a DeLonghi ECO310R 15 Bar Pump Espresso And Cappuccino Maker. I ordered mine off of Ebay but I wouldn’t order the same one that I got from Ebay user: Aroma-Mocha. This coffee machine once you get the hang of it is so easy to use and it has directions that have pictures on them as well for the people who are better retaining information by seeing than reading. Personally I’ve already worked at a few coffee shops so I basically knew how to use this machine. Plus YouTube videos help tremendously. Alright, time for the instructions.
What you will need
- Torani Chocolate, Carmel and White chocolate (You can find this in Walmart on the coffee isle. Usually at the very end.)
- Large Cup
- Milk (any kind)
- Whip Cream (Optional)
- A coffee machine that makes shots
- Glass Shot Glass
- Instead of chocolate you could use flavored syrups to make lattes
Get a large cup 12oz or 24 oz for your coffee and put in two good squeezes of chocolate and Carmel sauce (or white chocolate) 2 Squeezes each into your cup. Prepare your coffee machine and make a shot of coffee and poor it into your cup. Stir immediately so the chocolate mixes while its hot. Next put in as much ice as you want and then fill it with milk but leave room at the top for your whip cream. Next drizzle chocolate, cameral or white chocolate sauce on top to make your coffee perfect. Optional: You can also drizzle the chocolate sauce inside of your cup on the edges but only a little bit or else the coffee will be too sweet!
Cleaning your coffee maker
Make sure to always clean your coffee maker or it will clog up and stop working. Get a wet rag or paper towel and clean off where you insert your coffee into the machine. Makes sure to clean in the cracks as well. If you’re making a hot coffee make sure to clean the frothier and turn it on with a rag or towel under it for a good few seconds while it’s on full blast otherwise you’ll have old milk in it that dries and clogs it.
